A wedding planner in Barcelona
Entre Tonos Pastel is a wedding planning company with its office on Carrer Muntaner, in Barcelona. Its integral service accompanies a couple from the moment they decide to marry until after the wedding. The team looks for suppliers that fit the couple’s needs, style and budget, contacts them and meets them, helps to control the budget, and coordinates the schedules of the preparations and of the wedding day.
They also design and propose decoration and details that suit the couple’s personality, and they look after the guests. The company runs two other projects: Entre Tonos Academy, a training programme for wedding planners, and Between Bambalinas, which rents space for workshops, talks and photo sessions.
Working together
We photographed Edu and Míriam’s wedding at Mas Palau in Blanes on 27 July 2024, and Entre Tonos Pastel was their wedding planner. It was a festive and joyful wedding. You can see it in the full gallery or read the story.
The ceremony was outdoors, in the gardens of the estate. A grass aisle strewn with petals ran between rows of chairs lined with flower arrangements, towards a hexagonal wooden arch dressed with pink flowers and pampas grass. Rolled paper programmes waited in wicker baskets.
A wooden welcome sign in Catalan stood above a large arrangement of pink flowers. At the tables we saw pink and white centrepieces, wooden hexagon name signs, green napkins and a seating chart on an easel with flowers. The same pink flowers and the hexagon shape return from the arch to the tables.
